This package is for the couple who can handle all of the planning, logistics, and vendor contracts on their own, but values peace of mind on the wedding day.

Sometimes referred to as "Day-of Coordinating", or "Month-of Planning", but there's so much more that goes into your wedding that can't be covered in just a month, or a day! SoHo Events will step in during the final phases of your planning (4-6 months before the wedding day) to gather vendor details and event information and take it from there.

From custom floor plans and timelines, to vendor confirmations and wedding production, Sarah will be there to setup, produce and break-down your perfect wedding day.

You already have a lot on your plate, let Sarah step in and take the reins. SoHo Events will tour venues, get price quotes from vendors, negotiate on your behalf, and ensure the menu is right for your event. ​Sarah will create a custom timeline and be sure to keep your event on schedule and within budget.

SoHo Events will take care of everything for you, giving you the peace of mind that everything will be taken care of by experts. With an extensive network of vendors and relationships throughout North Carolina, SoHo Events can plan and execute every facet of your event enabling you to enjoy yourself!

This is where all the behind the scenes magic takes place. Emails, phone calls, meetings and collaboration with some of the best creative artists our industry has to offer. On average, SoHo Events spends 300+ hours on each wedding through the process to ensure every detail is just right.

This is the fun part! It is imperative to create a beautiful aesthetic for your wedding day. We will work together to design every detail to ensure the day is the perfect representation of you as a couple. No detail will be missed as we create a fabulous experience for each of your guests.

When you're ready, your contract will be sent via our custom planning software. You will be granted access allowing for guests list and RSVP management, custom check lists and timelines, budget collaboration, design proposals and inspiration, custom floorpans and seating arrangements and more!

Our pricing is based on many factors including time of year, location, number of guests and services provided.

Most SoHo Event clients have a minimum budget of $60,000 for their wedding and on average spend between $250-$500 per person. For more intimate celebrations, or other social events, please reach out to us directly for a custom propsal.
